The PETRA Group, LLC was conceived in 2014 by Dr. Anthony Berrios. Originally considered an academic exercise, the concept behind The PETRA Group, LLC was to elevate the collaboration between law enforcement practitioners and academia. The ability to enhance police operations through the effective collaboration of skilled experts from various fields proved to be a dynamic concept. The PETRA Group, LLC is a collection of skilled practitioners from various fields and disciplines. The primary vision that drives our consulting services is to enhance the caliber of police professionalism and improve relationships between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. The profession of policing is rapidly evolving in the social media age, and the ability to keep pace is daunting for small, medium and large urban police departments. The PETRA Group, LLC provides public sector law enforcement agencies custom consulting solutions that will enhance organizational excellence.
